Some people come into our lives and quickly go.
Some people move our souls to dance.
They awaken us to new understanding with the passing whisper of their wisdom.
Some people make the sky more beautiful to gaze upon.
They stay in our lives for awhile, leave footprints on our hearts.
And we are never, ever the same.

What a beautiful passage. Thank you for sharing. Dennis did leave footprints on so many hearts.

So,
Sunday afternoon, I was watching some football games; 2 teams that I like watching this year are the NY Bretts and of course the Bears; and it occurs to me "Hey, Dennis, wouldn't it have been awesome if the Bears had dumped Bentsen and kept Jones? Can you imagine the running threat the Bears would be with a Forte/Jones duo?"
These are the things I would ask Denbo.
I open this up for debate in the spirit of the Life o' Dennis

“Merry Christmas From Heaven
I still hear the songs
I still see the lights
I still feel your love
on cold wintery nights
I still share your hopes
and all of your cares
I’ll even remind you
to please say your prayers
I just want to tell you
you still make me proud
You stand head and shoulders
above all the crowd
Keep trying each moment
to stay in His grace
I came here before you
to help set your place
You don’t have to be
perfect all of the time
He forgives you the slip
If you continue the climb
To my family and friends
please be thankful today
I’m still close beside you
In a new special way
I love you all dearly
now don’t shed a tear
Cause I’m spending my
Christmas with Jesus this year”
really, really miss you, buddy
thinking of you and yours always
